We’ve collected an amazing batch of footage at Magicland over the years — and there’s just not enough room in our upcoming webseries for all of it!
While we put the finishing touches on the first episodes, enjoy this behind the scenes footage of one of “Uncle Frank” Skinkerelli’s classic Magicland TV ads, featuring park favorite Conductor Bob. It’s pure magic!
Magicland and Drinkstorm Studios are proud to announce that our upcoming behind-the-scenes webseries is almost here! If you’ve ever wanted to peek under the carousel skirt, slip into a Skinkerteer rehearsal or dive into the delicious secrets of the Fry Anything stand, you’ll soon get your chance.
For now, please enjoy our brand new webseries trailer, with highlights of all the Skinktastic magic to come!
The Magicland webseries debut! In this episode, we meet Jake Skinkerelli, new owner and son of beloved park founder Frank Skinkerelli, as he gets his first taste of the Magicland experience.
The magic continues! In this episode, new Magicland owner Jake Skinkerelli (and nearly everyone else) finds that navigating Magicland isn’t as simple as it might seem.
Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee! In the third episode of Magicland, Jake tries to buy a new carousel for the park. “Tries” is the key word here.
Grab a bandage and 10 cc’s of cotton candy, stat! Episode Four is a Magicland Rewind, and we’ve combed the archives to find Frank proudly showing off the crack Magicland nursing staff.
Howdy, Magicland fans! Our webseries production took last week off, because one of the Magicland workers told us it was “carny Thanksgiving”.
(We’ve since learned that’s not a real thing. And to never trust anyone who runs a Ring Toss game.)
This week, we’re back with a Magicland Rewind episode, featuring Frank Skinkerelli and the reunion of Magicland’s very own merry Skinkerteers! Everybody do the Skinkerteer dance!
Gobble, gobble, gobble, Magicland fans!
Just in time for Thanksgiving, it’s another episode of the most magical webseries on earth! This time, Jake’s telling us all about Magicland’s traditional Thanksgiving treat — the corndog! Don’t be a turkey; check it out now!
Hey kids, it’s time for another behind-the-scenes look at Toledo’s favorite all-hours amusement park!
In this episode, Jake prepares for an important meeting — and gets some unexpected advice. Also, antacids. Feel the Magic!
It’s the most skinkful time of the year, which means it’s time for a very merry episode! Why, Magicland and Christmas go together like peanut butter and Koosh balls!
No, the zero isn’t a typo. (This time!) While rooting around the Magicland office this winter, we stumbled across the last footage we have of our dear Uncle Frank right before Jake became top corn dog at Magicland. Enjoy where Season 1 really started. Like everything else in Magicland, it starts with a zero!
Magicland is proud to be the subject of an upcoming behind-the-scenes reality series.
Produced by Drinkstorm Studios, this skinktastic new series will follow the day-to-day events at everyone’s favorite Toledo-area lizard-themed amusement park. You’ll go inside the ticket offices to see what running the park is really like — and who’s minding the Midway.
Series directors Jenn Dlugos and Charlie Hatton have enjoyed unlimited Magicland access to collect footage for several years, and are nearly ready for a series release. Jenn predicts the series will be “skinktasmic”, while Charlie promises nothing will be “cotton candy-coated”. Tune in soon for the new webseries sensation..
